Influenced from an early age by the music; Indeed, his older brother who is a rapper, drags with it the age of 10 years at concerts, parties Hip hop, freestyle sessions which initiates very rapidly in the Hip Hop movement. At a very young age he discovered rap through Melokan, LZ3, PBS, Daara J, IAM, Sniper, Rocca, Tupac, Biggie, Bob Marley, Mc Solaar, Dmx.  In 2004, he formed with friends SOS Group and in 2005, the group La Familia (eg Respite). From there, they chain the featuring the singles. Recognized in the underground for his writing technique and its special pen, he is considered one of the best lyricists of his generation. After 2 years of absence, he's back working with Mic addict with their mixtape DOUBLE TROUBLE.

Mic addict aka Alpha Kourouma is a young artist from Senegal Dakar began rapping in 2005. Early influenced by music Hip Hop, Soul and Reggae including AMI, NTM, Bob Marley, Duggy Tee. In college, he decided with friends to get into the music which at this time is more of a hobby than anything else. Things take a serious turn in the course of 2006. A friend made him realize that he has a talent for it. From there, he perfected his technique and begins to have a certain reputation in the freestyles. It connects the featuring singles (including Gansta S*&!), and history to be known scenes. In 2005, he formed with friends the collective La Familia (eg Respite).  His style is mainly based on improvisation, an area where it has sickened more than a cypher in Dakar. It was a year of Stand By due to personal problems and there he is back together with Mercenary with their mixtape DOUBLE TROUBLE.

In a recent interview MERCENARY made the following statement about the direction of Hip Hop "This is my concept. C'est 1mot Wolof means "lights and switchesI want to bring with this concept is  solidarity that there must be in the hip hop movement.  As you know, our movement has blems, the industry is non-existent, the artists do not live by their art, nobody buys albums, the rapper is no longer  respecté.  Littéralment mean "lights the torch and made the move, "should help each other, share ideas to put the rap has its place," unity makes strength".

Double Trouble is interested in the opinions of both men and women from a music business perspective.  To learn more about Mercenaire aka Papa Malick Diop and Double Trouble "Mic Addict.", Click on this link at: https://www.facebook.com/talalmouwath/about?section=overview
